Ed Leclere possesses a comprehensive background in event production, hospitality, and licensing, having collaborated with esteemed organizations, including Wolfgang Puck Worldwide. His expertise extends to orchestrating major events, concerts, and festivals throughout the United States and Mexico. He has showcased an array of performing artists such as Charlie Daniels, Cheap Trick, Jackyl, The Guess Who, Puddle of Mudd, Social Distortion, Gin Blossoms, Bret Michaels, George Thorogood, and War, among others.

David Mckillop is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience across a spectrum of high-level corporate functions, encompassing creative direction, marketing strategy, and business development initiatives. His multifaceted expertise has consistently driven organizational growth and innovation in the media landscape.
The youngest in a long line of entrepreneurs, Rick is spearheading VC initiatives for the family business, looking at alternative capitals – cannabis. Smart, polished and a tad cocky, with an endless supply of energy that’s always ready for the next adventure. He’s polished, hungry for success, and always networking in search of big opportunities. Originally investing in The Clear, a THC vape company, Rick is expanding the family brand portfolio to include a range of cultivars and cannabis related retail products. When he isn’t working the room, Rick is overseeing the semi-professional hockey team he owns.
Rick’s father and his main mentor in the family business. Rich, is now chairman of The Clear, but as an entrepreneur in his own right he’s created and managed a wide scope of businesses. From equity firms to infomercials, Rich has hustled all the way to his current success. Rich’s depth of experience and sense of calm provides the antidote to his son’s frenetic pace and renegade spirit.
Meg, as one of the few female CEOs in the industry, had an integral role in changing the legal landscape of Colorado cannabis regulations before turning her attention to opening the hip and inviting CannaProvisions dispensaries and branded grows in Western Massachusetts. Erik draws on experience in public affairs and as a former executive with NORML to oversee growing operations and business expansion. Together as partners in life, as well as business, they also consult for cannabis startups and dedicate time to a hopeful vision for an industry grounded in social equity
AKA, Greg Krzanowski or the “Father of Kind Bud”. A true legend, infamous for his 30yr old eponymous strain ChemDog. Talking to him is like listening to a sommelier, one whiff and he’ll tell you exactly what a bud is all about. Once he had it all, then the government took everything away. When regulations changed, Meg and Eric successfully brought him out from the underground and legally installed him as their head of cultivation. Here he produces ChemDog for his loyal fans while developing new strains of high quality cannabis.
As the founders and leaders of Medicinal Genomics, this team of brothers took part in the Human Genome Project before turning their focus to helping develop and sequence cannabis strains to help cancer patients and children suffering from rare forms of untreatable epilepsy. Their company is furthering the science of cannabis education and development through testing and genetic sequencing. They are known in the industry as the knowledge innovators for growers today.
Founders and business partners in a number of successful Arizona dispensaries and grow houses. They’re also the creators of iLava, a popular family of cannabis products that includes the groundbreaking iLava Touch, a topical pain and stress relief gel that’s quickly garnered a cult following. Inspired by a deeply personal family story, Moe holds the belief in cannabis as a vehicle to help people feel better. Sharing a similar conviction, Chip is also energized by the big picture idea of being in the early stages of an industry where new changes are happening quickly.

One of the first to hold the winning ticket of a license to grow in Arizona. Yuri is the founder of Angel Shark, a consultancy that invests in cannabis companies at all stages of their growth, from strategic planning to tactical execution. Proficient in a wide range of skills, Yuri also authored a well-received guide for women and BIPOC in the cannabis industry.
In what was originally a car wash, Brian built out a successful dispensary known for having some of the most knowledgeable budtenders and friendly staff around. Dedicated to providing customers with the best experience possible, plans are now in the works for taking that a step further to create the first drive-thru dispensary in Massachusetts.
